Ursula Haller

Director of the Month - Ursula Haller

Ms. Ursula Haller is Silva International, Inc. Director for Austria and Germany, where she offers classes in all of the Silva programs. Her association with the Silva family goes back many years. Ursula visited her first Silva seminar in 1978, which was the occasion during which she converted to the power of the Silva methodology. In 1983, she created the Silva Children Seminar for German speaking countries. In 1984, she became the Silva trainer for the children programs, and in 1987, she was certified to be a Silva trainer for the adult programs.

She is also qualified in depth psychology therapy, Hypnotherapy, Rebirthing and Reincarnation therapy, and acupuncture. She has being awarded the "Outstanding lecturer in foreign countries" award in 1999, and also was winner of "Special Achievement" award. She has written two books: "Pflaster der Seele" and "Erfolgreich mit dem Bauchgehirn".

She lives in Neubaustrasse, Steyr, Austria, where she enjoys living with her family. Ursula has a qualified staff of Silva instructors that help her spread the wonderful benefits of the Silva Method.


László Domján, MD, PHD

Director of the Month - Laszlo Domjan

Laszlo Domján was born in 1953 in Budapest, Hungary, into a Christian family. He graduated from medical school in 1977 and became an expert in internal medicine and later in rheumatology and physiotherapy.

He received his Ph.D. in 1990 and worked in the largest centre for rheumatic patients in Europe for more than a decade, located in Budapest, Hungary. He holds four internationally patents for inventions of medical instruments. Some of them have been produced and sold. He is the co-author of two medical textbooks, many medical articles in different medical journals and has taken part in medical symposiums in several countries.

Laszlo first came across the Silva Method in 1989; it immediately made him very enthusiastic and it opened a new world for him. He realized that there was a fantastic opportunity for all to learn to use more of their minds in a more efficient way.

He translated and published the Silva Method book by José Silva and Philip Miele into Hungarian in 1989. The book became a best-seller immediately and Laszlo started teaching the Silva Method in October 1990. He has currently taught approximately 120,000 Hungarians. There are over 180,000 Silva graduates in Hungary with its population of 10 million. Many of them have produced amazing results with the help of the Silva Method.

Laszlo has translated and authored many books on the subject, as well as audio recordings and DVDs that help people to live a more joyful and meaningful life. He has since retired from medical practice. His contribution in helping thousands of Hungarians improve their health by teaching them how to combine both the Silva Method and conventional medicine is something he is proud of.

He has received numerous awards and accolades from Silva International during the last 18 years. He presents the Silva Method Ultra Seminar in the US, Australia, and Western Europe. His biggest pride is his contribution to the betterment of many.

Oystein Aspenes

Director of the Month - Oystein Aspenes

We are very pleased to present Oystein Aspenes; Silva International's featured director from Norway and one of Silva International's most successful directors.

Oystein attended the first Silva Method class in Norway in January, 1988. Then in August, 1989 he attended the Lecturer's Development Seminar in Laredo, TX under the direct instruction of Jose and Laura Silva. He presented his first Silva Method class in September, 1989 and has been presenting the many Silva Method Courses such as the Silva Method Basic Lecture Series, Silva Life System, The Relaxation Seminar, Youth Lecture Series, Silva Business Courses, Graduate Seminars and various workshops in many topics full time since October of 1992.

He has been responsible for the directorship in Norway since 1998 and personally presents approximately 20 classes a year with anywhere from 300 – 600 new students and as many graduates repeating. Oystein has the distinct pleasure of presenting his classes together with his wife Reidunn. In addition to Reidunn, Oystein has several other instructors working with him resulting in hundreds of additional new students yearly.

Together with Silva International Oystein has begun the reorganisation of Silva Method Norway to increase productivity and open up new markets.
